TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COACHING SERVICES AT FANCYPRENEUR UNIVERSITY
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in coaching services offered by Fancypreneur University ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking and attending a coaching session, you agree to these Terms.
2. Coaching Services
We provide 1-on-1 coaching sessions to assist entrepreneurs in starting, structuring, scaling, and managing businesses. The topics covered include, but are not limited to, hair businesses, Airbnb businesses, vending machine businesses, business structuring, business credit, and tradelines. The coaching services are tailored to your needs based on the information you provide in the booking form.
3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled coaching session for a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be issued, and you forfeit the payment.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your session, and we will accommodate them based on availability. You are allowed to reschedule once without any additional fees. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees.
5. Coaching Expectations

Coaching sessions are designed to provide advice, strategies, and actionable steps to assist you with your business. However, your success depends on the effort you put into applying the guidance provided.

While we provide expert advice, coaching does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including financial success, revenue, or profitability.
6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for attending the coaching session on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled without a refund or the remaining time may be reduced accordingly.

You agree to be prepared for the session by providing any necessary documents, business information, or questions in advance (if requested).

You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions made as a result of the coaching services provided.
7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you share with us. All personal and business information discussed during the coaching sessions will remain confidential unless legally required to disclose such information.

Any materials, templates, documents, or resources provided during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Fancypreneur University and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

Fancypreneur University, including its owners, employees, and contractors, will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities that arise from the coaching services, including business outcomes, personal decisions, or any direct or indirect damages.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse coaching services to any individual at our discretion if we believe they are not adhering to these Terms, acting in bad faith, or disrupting the coaching process. In such cases, a refund may be provided for unused services, at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to all coaching sessions booked after the date of modification.
