Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled coaching session for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be issued, and you forfeit the payment. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your session, and we will accommodate them based on availability. You are allowed to reschedule once without any additional fees. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees.You are responsible for attending the coaching session on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled without a refund or the remaining time may be reduced accordingly. Any materials, templates, documents, or resources provided during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Fancypreneur University and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.Fancypreneur University, including its owners, employees, and contractors, will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities that arise from the coaching services, including business outcomes, personal decisions, or any direct or indirect damages.We reserve the right to terminate or refuse coaching services to any individual at our discretion if we believe they are not adhering to these Terms, acting in bad faith, or disrupting the coaching process. In such cases, a refund may be provided for unused services, at our discretion.
