How do I track my order?
AFTER I have received your order. I will send you a confirmation email informing you that your order has been processed and your mail correspondence information.
Bundles, closures ,Frontals and Growth Serum is 2-3 business days.
Wigs are 5-7 business days.
Fancy Fur Slides are 5-7 BUSINESS days.
AFTER your transaction has been processed you will receive your tracking number a few business days after ALONG with your confirmation number.
Fancy fur returns ONLY
Oops! Made a mistake and in need of an exchange? No problem! Just be sure to follow these steps and read the policy in full:
1. Email the your reason for the exchange.
Email: shopfancycollections@gmail.com
2. Package MUST be sent back in the EXACT PACKAGE sent to you: box, wrapping etc;
INCLUDING the exact name of the purchaser.
3. Item MUST have no damage, stains or appear to have been worn.
4. Put a note inside the package with the size you’ll like to exchange.
5. Lastly, PLEASE keep in mind I only check my P.O BOX once a week and it COULD take 7-10 day business days for the item to be exchanged and returned.
6. I ONLY DO EXCHANGES I DO NOT DO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
